  • Wait a few minutes — email delivery can occasionally be delayed.
  • Add our email address (DoNotReply@gpwer.co.uk) to your safe senders list and request the email again.
  • Confirm your email address was entered correctly during registration.
Why does my registration link open a page saying "This link is being scanned"?

Many organisations, including the NHS, may automatically scan links in emails before allowing access. In some cases, this security scan can prevent the registration link from opening correctly and instead display a message saying the link is being scanned.

To resolve this:

  • Add our email address to your safe senders list in your email settings.
  • Once the sender is marked as safe, request the registration email again and click the new link.

If the issue continues after adding the sender to your safe senders list, please contact your local IT team or our support team for further assistance.

How do I contact a specialist?

Registered users can contact a specialist by searching for their profile and clicking the "Contact" button. Fill out the contact form and message, and the specialist will receive your inquiry directly.

As a specialist, how will I receive messages?

Messages from users will be sent to the email address you provided during registration. You can also view messages in your profile page under the "Messages" section.

How do I know the person contacting me is genuine?

We encourage users to provide accurate information when contacting specialists. Specialists can review the details provided and respond at their discretion. If you have any doubts about the identity of a user, we encourage you to verify them through independent sources such as contacting their place of business. If you encounter suspicious activity, please report it to us via the 'Contact us' link in the website footer.
